World at Arms

World at Arms is an instant management strategy game. You will build a military base to defend the interests of the country, and fight other troops in open battle.

During the management phase, you can build various types of buildings like a base. For example barracks to recruit soldiers, workshops to fix tanks, airports, command centers, or other types of buildings available for construction.

You need resources to be able to build and maintain units. To get resources you have to build certain types of buildings. Thus the headquarters must be kept in balance.

When in conflict with another country, you can place your unit on the battlefield. In this situation, the player cannot control the army directly, but can divert enemy missiles.
